1、 Strap handling: when the tape is stuck in the middle of the roller or blocked by foreign matters, the handling method is as follows:
A. Remove the washer of the hexagon nut.
B. Loosen the two M5 countersunk screws on the intermediate connecting shaft. Since these two screws are fixed in the gap of the connecting shaft, the screws must be turned up.
C. Remove the connecting shaft, pick up the upper turbine and take out the stuck object.
D. Assemble and restore according to the above c-b-a.
E. Keep 0.3-0.5mm clearance between nut and L-shaped curved plate
2、 The packer automatically packs and does not automatically exit the belt. In this case, first check whether the "Belt Exit Length Adjustment" is at "0", and then check whether the belt penetration process is correct. If not, the foreign matter near the belt feeding roller may also cause this situation.
3、 If the belt is not cut after binding, there are many situations that can cause this:
A. Too tight adjustment
B. The slip plate or slip belt has oil, which is located near the tightness adjustment, and must be removed to wipe off the oil.
c. If the belt is too tight, lower the belt drive seat or the motor.
D. Use a thinner belt or the gap between the unwinding rollers is too large.
